Construction has begun
Last Saturday 22nd of September, it was announced the beginning of construction of the exclusive residential beach project: RIO MAR LUXURY BEACH COMMUNITY which was launched to the local and international market last 19th of June at the Bristol Hotel in Panama City. In just 90 days, 80% of the East Tower has been sold and it was announced that the North Tower, the Beach Flats and the Residences are now available for sale.
The financing for the construction of the project, has been signed with Banco General. We thank this institution for believing in the project since the very beginning and offering the support of biggest Panamanian equity bank in the country. In the next few months the main infrastructure of the project and the model apartment will be built. The first Condo Tower should be delivered within the second semester of 2009.
